Pastor Cedric Z. A. Hall is a servant-leader, prophetic voice, and builder with a lifelong commitment to ministry. His journey began at the age of 10 when he gave his life to the Lord, and since then he has faithfully served in various capacities—from choir and usher board to men’s ministry and building committees.

Ordained as a Deacon in 1999 and later as a Minister of the Gospel in 2018, Cedric has supported and served under major spiritual leaders in the nation, including Bishop Neil C. Ellis, Apostle Raymond Wells, and Pastor Rickeno Moncur. As an Armor Bearer across several large ministries, he gained invaluable experience in leadership, protocol, and the heart of servanthood—shaping his unique call to strengthen and build leaders and ministries.

Today, as Co-Founder of Destiny Helpers Worldwide alongside his wife, Dr. Melisa A. Hall, Cedric embraces his assignment as a builder of people, systems, and ministries. He is passionate about mentoring emerging voices, empowering churches and organizations with strategies for growth, and helping leaders walk boldly in their God-ordained destiny. Together, they also lead Built to Last, a marriage ministry designed to strengthen couples with faith-based principles and practical strategies.

Beyond ministry, Cedric is a skilled entrepreneur and the founder of CCM Construction & General Maintenance, certified in carpentry and experienced in landscaping and maintenance. A devoted husband and father of three, he is committed to living a life of faith, excellence, and service in every sphere he touches. His favorite scripture, Isaiah 49:1, reflects his calling: “The LORD called me before my birth; from within the womb he called me by name.”

Dr. Melisa A. Hall is an international speaker, ordained minister, coach, and bestselling author with a passion for empowering women to thrive in marriage, ministry, and the marketplace. Known as the “Queen of Empowerment,” she has inspired audiences in Ghana, Nigeria, Paris, and across the United States with her prophetic insight, wisdom, and authenticity.

As the CEO and Founder of Global Empowerment Services and The Business Money Women Success Club, Dr. Hall has created thriving platforms for women to connect, collaborate, and step into public prominence as leaders, speakers, and authors. Certified Financial Planner, and Image & Etiquette Consultant, Dr. Hall brings a
unique blend of faith and professional expertise to every sphere she touches. She is also a graduate of Dr. Cindy Trimm’s School of Ministry and holds a Doctoral Degree in Covenant Leadership, further deepening her impact as a Kingdom ambassador and leadership voice.

Her exceptional leadership has earned global recognition, including the Winning

Alongside her husband, Elder Cedric Hall, she co-leads Destiny Helpers Worldwide,
with a shared mandate of Helping, Healing, and Building Hope. Together, they also
founded Built to Last, a marriage ministry committed to strengthening couples through faith-based teaching, training, and mentorship.
